Microsoft Clarity may record interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements to generate session recordings and heatmaps. Text entered into form fields is masked in the browser before being sent to Microsoft. Current implementation information states that Microsoft keeps recordings for 30 days and a small selected sample for up to 9 months.

7. Why We Use These Technologies
- secure quiz sessions, sign-in, payments, and post-purchase flows;
- remember language and essential onboarding state;
- support member-area and offline or installable app functionality where available;
- recover unfinished quizzes and remember non-essential app choices where permitted;
- understand website, funnel, and member-area usage;
- create session recordings and heatmaps where permitted;
- test different website or funnel variants;
- measure performance and technical issues; and
- measure advertising and conversion attribution through Meta and Google where the applicable consent has been provided.
9. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and clear local storage, session storage, and other browser storage through browser or privacy settings.
Blocking or deleting Strictly Necessary technologies may affect quiz security, sign-in, payment processing, onboarding state, or other core Service functionality. Clearing local storage may remove saved quiz progress or app preferences on that device.
10. Third-Party Technologies
Some technologies described in this Policy are provided or controlled by third parties, including Microsoft for Clarity analytics, Supabase for authentication and session management, Solidgate for payment processing and fraud-prevention technology in the payment form, Meta Platforms for advertising and conversion measurement, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, and Vercel for cookie-less page and performance analytics.
These third parties may process information under their own privacy notices where they independently determine the purposes and means of processing. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and recipient roles in more detail.
11. International Data Transfers
Some third-party providers may process information outside your country of residence. Where such processing involves personal data and applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, legally recognized mechanisms may be used, such as adequacy mechanisms, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful transfer tools.
