Subscription Terms
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Important Subscription Notice
Tai Chi Walking subscriptions may renew automatically. If an introductory, trial, discounted, or other promotional phase applies to your purchase, it may convert to recurring billing according to the terms displayed and accepted at checkout. Renewal follows the billing interval and commercial terms disclosed before purchase.
You must cancel before the next renewal is processed in order to stop future recurring charges. Non-use, inactivity, failure to read communications, or deleting or ceasing to use an access method does not cancel a subscription.
Valid charges for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable once the Service has been made available, except where mandatory law, an expressly offered Money-Back Guarantee, or a voluntary Seller exception applies.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Terms
These Subscription Terms govern recurring subscriptions and related digital access provided through Tai Chi Walking, including the Tai Chi Walking programme, member content, personalized movement and nutrition-related guidance, AI-supported features, and other subscription functionality included in the plan purchased at checkout.
These Subscription Terms supplement the transaction-specific checkout terms, Terms of Service, Money-Back Policy, Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific conditions that apply to your purchase.
2. Operator, Seller and Transaction Participants
The default operator is PMC Baltic FZ-LLC. The Seller, contracting party, Merchant of Record, payment administrator, gateway, processor, or acquiring partner applicable to a particular purchase may be identified at checkout, in the purchase confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other transaction record.
A payment provider may process payments, recurring billing, authentication, fraud screening, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or payment support without automatically becoming the contractual Seller.
3. Order-Specific Terms and Policy Hierarchy
If the same matter is addressed in more than one applicable document, the following order applies:
- mandatory consumer law that cannot legally be waived;
- transaction-specific terms clearly displayed and accepted at checkout;
- offer-specific promotional or Money-Back Guarantee terms, where applicable;
- these Subscription Terms for subscription-specific matters; and
- the Terms of Service for general contractual matters.
The checkout and purchase confirmation control transaction-specific commercial details, including the plan selected, any introductory or promotional phase, the amount payable, renewal price, billing interval, subscription duration, promotional conditions, and any transaction-specific Seller or Merchant of Record.
Personal data related to checkout, billing, subscriptions, access, refunds, payment disputes, fraud, and chargebacks is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription Access
A Tai Chi Walking subscription may provide access to the guided Tai Chi Walking programme, movement sessions, personalized routines, progress check-ins, AI-supported guidance, meal- and nutrition-related educational content, meal planning, member-only content, tools, and other functionality included in the subscription purchased at checkout.
Subscription access is personal and non-transferable and is licensed for the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership of software, plans, recommendations, programme content, documents, intellectual property, or other materials made available through the Service.
5. Subscription Start and Digital Delivery
Your subscription starts when the purchase or subscription activation is successfully completed, not when you first log in or actively use the Service.
Digital access may be considered supplied when your account or member access is activated, login access becomes available, an access link is delivered, a personalized plan or result is made available, content is made available, or the relevant subscription feature otherwise becomes accessible. Actual viewing, opening, downloading, or use is not normally required for the Service to have been made available.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights.
6. Plans, Introductory Offers, Promotions and Add-Ons
The Service may offer one or more subscription options and may, depending on the applicable offer, include a free, paid, discounted, or otherwise promotional introductory phase, or no introductory phase at all.
The duration of any introductory phase, the amount payable, the regular renewal price, renewal frequency, eligibility criteria, and other commercial conditions are the terms displayed and accepted at checkout.
Optional add-ons may also be offered during or after checkout. An add-on may be a one-time purchase, lifetime-access offer, separate recurring subscription, or another digital purchase. The billing type, price, access period, renewal status, and content of each add-on are governed by the offer-specific terms displayed before that add-on is purchased.
Purchasing, cancelling, or refunding one subscription, add-on, or purchase does not automatically cancel, refund, or alter another separately billed item unless the applicable checkout or offer expressly states otherwise.
8. Automatic Renewal
Unless the applicable transaction is expressly described as non-renewing, a recurring subscription continues and automatically renews according to the billing interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Introductory or promotional pricing may apply only to the first applicable period. Subsequent billing follows the renewal terms disclosed before purchase.
Non-use, inactivity, failure to log in, failure to read communications, or ceasing to use an access method does not stop renewal.
9. Payment Processing and Failed Payments
You are responsible for valid payment obligations incurred under the subscription terms accepted at checkout. If a valid amount that has already become due cannot be processed, the applicable payment provider may retry the payment where supported and permitted by law. We or the applicable payment provider may also request an updated payment method, restrict or suspend access, or terminate the subscription where appropriate.
Payment retry wording does not create a new billing period after a valid cancellation has become effective.
Your bank or card statement may show “allmembership” as the billing descriptor.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation must become effective before the next renewal is processed in order to prevent that renewal.
For direct Tai Chi Walking subscriptions, you may cancel either in the app by going to Profile > Plan and settings > Cancel Subscription and completing the cancellation flow, or by contacting Customer Support at hello@taichiwalkingcoach.app.
Before you complete cancellation in the app, you may be shown an optional retention offer, such as a temporary discount on a limited number of upcoming subscription payments or an option to pause the subscription for a period displayed in the app. The specific discount, pause period, billing effect, and any other applicable conditions are shown before you accept the offer.
Accepting a retention offer is optional. If you do not accept it, you may continue with cancellation immediately. If you accept an offer, the subscription is not cancelled and will instead continue or be paused according to the terms displayed and accepted before confirmation.
We recommend cancelling sufficiently before the renewal date to allow processing. This recommendation does not create a separate universal 24-hour or 48-hour contractual cutoff.
CANCELLATION DOES NOT ITSELF CREATE A REFUND.
- Cancellation normally stops future renewals once effective.
- Cancellation does not reverse a valid charge already incurred.
- Cancellation does not create an automatic or prorated refund.
- Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund, reversal, suspension, termination, or applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
Valid subscription charges are generally final and non-refundable after the applicable billing period has begun and the Service has been made available, except where mandatory law, a specific Money-Back Guarantee expressly offered for the relevant purchase, or a voluntary Seller exception applies.
A contractual Money-Back Guarantee applies only if it was expressly offered in connection with the relevant purchase. Publishing a Money-Back Policy does not by itself create a guarantee for every transaction. Eligibility is governed by the offer-specific conditions and the Money-Back Policy.
No automatic refund or prorated refund is provided merely because the Service was not used, the subscription was cancelled after a valid charge, the customer forgot to cancel, changed their mind, purchased by mistake, or expected different subjective results where the Service was substantially provided as described.
12. Refund Requests and Evidence
For a refund, billing, technical, or dispute review, we may request reasonable information such as proof of purchase, account or purchase information, transaction information, screenshots or recordings, technical information, or details of the issue. Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, relevant checkout, access, delivery, usage, support, cancellation, payment-provider, fraud, and chargeback records may be reviewed.
13. Immediate Digital Delivery and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Digital access to the Service may begin immediately after purchase or activation. Where required by applicable law, any express consent, acknowledgment, checkbox, or other mechanism concerning immediate digital supply or statutory withdrawal rights must be captured through the applicable purchase flow and is not created solely by this wording.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including mandatory rights concerning defective, non-conforming, misdescribed, or unavailable digital content or services.
14. Price and Subscription Changes
Future subscription pricing, plan structures, or subscription features may change prospectively, subject to applicable law. Where legally required, advance notice of a material price or subscription change will be provided. A prospective change does not retroactively alter a completed past transaction or replace the transaction-specific terms already accepted for an existing billing period.
15. Billing Questions and Charge Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Customer Support at hello@taichiwalkingcoach.app so that the transaction can be investigated. Nothing in these Subscription Terms prevents you from exercising non-waivable rights with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or under applicable law.
If a chargeback or payment dispute for the same transaction is already open, a parallel discretionary refund review may be paused while that dispute is pending in order to avoid duplicate reimbursement. Submitting a complaint, refund request, or payment dispute does not itself cancel the subscription or stop future renewals.
16. Changes to These Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the Service, subscription administration, payment infrastructure, business operations, or legal requirements. Where required by law, additional or advance notice of material changes will be provided. Changes do not retroactively rewrite completed transactions.
17. Language and Electronic Communications
The English version of these Subscription Terms is the original version. If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language requirements remain unaffected.
Subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, security, policy, and other transactional notices may be delivered electronically through email, account messaging, website notice, or another reasonable electronic channel, subject to applicable law.
